We know this is may be the first time you have booked a gaming party so we thought a little more info wouldn't hurt for those of you who like to read (but we are happy to answer any questions you may have over the phone also)


Q: How Do I Book

Booking is easy!

Note when we are in ‘party mode’ Friday to Sunday we will be solely focused on our parties we are hosting and will return your call on weekdays.

Q: Is a deposit Required?

A $100 deposit is required 24 hours after booking to secure your date and time. This is a non refundable deposit however we allow a change of date and / or time with a $25 rebooking fee if the change takes place at least 7 days prior to your event.

All our games offers are 4 x player offline games (no single player at a party!) so that all your guests are playing together

The NES & SNES for a bit of retro gaming is a big hit especially for 'older kids' aka Dad.  We regularly update our games catalogue. If you have a special request or a 'must play' game please call us prior to your event and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

Q: I am worried about violent or unsuitable games

Gamerz understands there are games that are simply not suitable for certain ages. We have a range of 'G' games right through to 'R' and will chat to you about your specific requirements prior to your party.

Q: What if it rains :( or is really hot?

The Gamerz Theatre is fully climate controlled with 2 reverse cycle air conditioners ensuring everyone inside the van is more than comfortable. We can cater for most weather conditions so your party can go ahead rain, hail or shine!

 

 

 

What happens once I have booked?

Once your party is booked we will send you an email confirmation within 24 hours.

We will also text you the week of your party / event to confirm all arrangements and staffing to give you that peace of mind that we are coming.

How can I pay?

There will be a number of payment options clearly stated on the invoice which will be emailed at the time of booking.

We require the final payment at least 7 days prior to your party date. 

If you book within 7 days of your party date,  full payment is required at the time of your booking.
